ALPHA Cable Cleat ™

Light Duty Compact Aluminium Cable Cleat, for cables in trefoil formation.

The Ellis Alpha cable cleat has been designed, developed, tested and manufactured in accordance with IEC 61914 (cable cleats for electrical installations).

The cleat is available in a range of sizes with range taking ability to suit cables in trefoil formation. The frame of the cleat is manufactured from 6000 series extruded aluminium. The base of the cleat can be supplied in aluminium or in a low smoke zero halogen (LSOH) polymeric material. 

The Alpha is secured to the supporting structure by a single M10 fixing. Polyester coating, alternative fastener material and cleats for a single cable can be supplied upon request.

EMPEROR ™ TREFOIL Cable Cleat

Heavy Duty Compact Stainless Steel Cable Cleat, for cables in single or trefoil formation.

The Ellis Emperor cable cleat has been designed, developed, tested and manufactured in accordance with IEC 61914 (cable cleats for electrical installations). The cleat is available in a range of sizes with range taking ability to suit single cables or cables in trefoil formation.

The frame of the cleat is manufactured from corrosion resistant grade 316L stainless steel, the cable is supported by a liner manufactured form a low smoke zero halogen (LSOH) material.

The Emperor can be fixed to the supporting structure by either two M10 fixings or one M12 fixing. Non standard cleat designs can be supplied upon request.

FLEXI-STRAP ™ Cable Strap

Standard to Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Intermediate Cable Strap, for cable bundles.

The Ellis Flexi-strap intermediate strap has been designed, developed, tested and manufactured in accordance with IEC 61914 (Cable cleats for electrical installations).

The strap is available in a range of sizes with range taking ability to suit cables in trefoil formation or bundles of cables. The strap of the cleat is manufactured from corrosion resistant grade 316L stainless steel, the cable is supported by a liner manufactured from a low smoke and fume zero halogen (LSOH) material.

PHOENIX ® Cable Clamp

Light Duty Stainless Steel Fire Resistant Cable Clamp, for single cables.   

The Ellis Phoenix cable clamp has been designed, developed, tested and manufactured in accordance with IEC 61914 (Cable cleats for electrical installations).

The Phoenix range is specifically designed for the installation of Fire Protection (FP) rated cables. Precision engineered from Type 316L stainless steel with single bolt fixing, Phoenix Cable Clamps are available in 11 sizes to suit single cables from 10mm to 65mm in diameter.

To prove their fire resistance these cleats were used to secure a fire rated cable during a series of tests in accordance with BS 5839-1:2002, Section 26. 2d.
