Primary Job Function:
To process customer order promptly and efficiently, and keeping in mind the best possible solution for the customer, with a particular significance to technical support when necessary, while adhering to procedures and best practice at all times. As part of the team, help to increase sales to your assigned accounts.
Key Results Areas (K.R.A.’s):
1. Processing of Customer orders –
Process all orders received via the sales telephone, counter, E-mail and fax in accurate and timely manner.
2. Customer Support–
Responding to enquiries from customers, through call-backs and e-mail responses, setting up quotes and general liaison with customers re their orders, e.g. Shortages/technical support on products etc.
3. Group Technical Support –
Provide technical sales support for the group as required.
4. Own Accounts –
Concentration on assigned Accounts to reach set targets by looking for opportunities to up sell.
5. Increase of specific suppliers Group
LOCATION: Little Island, Cork
HOURS: Fulltime (Monday to Friday)
THE REQUIRMENTS: Desirable for this role:
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role or industry
- A technical qualification
- Computer literacy
- Good communication skills
SALARY: TBC - Based on experience & knowledge
