Internal Sales Dublin 24

We a currently recruiting for a new role for our busy and forward thinking Sales Office in Tallaght. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is customer focused and interested in assisting and implementing quality and process improvements within a fast-paced environment.

We require a person to join our current team. Duties will include ensuring all Customers are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner. Provide backup when required to Trade Counter and web sales. Communicate and liaise with all other Internal Departments and Branches efficiently and effectively. Support the External Sales Team as required.

 

    • Customer Engagement & Focus
    • Manage allocated Gold Circle Customers
    • Communicate and Liaise with other Departments and Branches
    • Internal Sales and Trade Counter Support
    • External Sales Support
    • The desired candidate would have previous experience in a similar role or industry
    • The successful candidate will be given the necessary training for the role

Outbound Logistics Coordinator, Dublin 24

We a currently recruiting for a new role of Outbound logistics coordinator for our busy and forward thinking warehouse in Tallaght.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is customer focused and interested in assisting and implementing quality and process improvements within a fast-paced environment.

  • Coordinate and control the outbound processes within the logistics function.
  • Actively working on systems / process improvements with a strong commitment to continuous improvement within the logistics function.
  • Perform a variety of administration duties such as process reports to assist the logistics manager.
  • Review daily outbound priorities and adapt appropriately according to the customer and business needs.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, 3PLs and fellow employees and must be able to work under pressure while maintaining a professional workplace.
  • Investigate and report on any issues related to customers and the outbound process.
  • Organise and lead a team to ensure all orders are processed to business demands.
  • Ensure all orders are prepared and dispatched in a timely fashion.
  • Drive productivity and efficiency within the department
  • Assist inbound logistics as required.
  • Actively involved in other logistic duties as requested by the logistics manager.
  • Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Any necessary training will be provided to the successful candidate.
  • Salary will be in line with any previous experience.
